• How old do you need to be? 18 years old +

• What to wear? Please wear comfortable clothes

• Do I need to wash my hair? Dirty or washed hair is fine

• Can I wear jewellery? Please remove earrings

• What if I need to cancel? You can make cancellations via our booking website. Please note you must cancel with at least 48 hours notice of the appointment for your 50% deposit to be fully refunded back to you.

• Is this safe if I am pregnant or breast feeding? Unfortunately this is not applicable for pregnant or breast feeding mums

• What hair types is this suitable for? All hair types are suitable.

• Is this suitable if I have hair extensions, dreadlocks, sew ins or braids in? Unfortunately this treatment is not suitable due to limitations to access the scalp.

• Are you hijab friendly? Yes, this is a private booking service with female staff only.

• Is the payment refundable if I need to cancel? The payment is fully refundable with at least 48 hours notice of the appointment. If cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time, your 50% deposit will be kept as a service fee as per our 48 hour cancellation policy.

• I am running late, what do I do? Please contact us to let us know, we allow a 15 minute grace period, which may result in a shorter spa treatment at the original price paid. However, anything beyond 15 minutes may not be guaranteed and result in the appointment being cancelled and your 50% deposit being kept. Please note, if you fail to show up to an appointment, London Head Spa reserves the right to charge 100% of the booking as payment of no show.
